Instead of listening to guru who like to post they have 11M 4x a day, just try shooting for saving and investing 10% of your income in any vehicle, IRA, 401K whatever. Just do something
McDonald’s worker makes $25, nurse will need to be $75-$100 - rich people will live this as we will inflate everything 200% which means all our assets go up and will be paid back with a USD 200% less in value 🤦🏼♂️
Today I introduced legislation to require that the minimum wage be a living wage. $25 an hour is what’s required for a full time worker to pay their bills, and we shouldn’t accept that full time work leaves people living in poverty.
This! This is what people miss about true wealth building. In WB everything is “the families” nothing is “inherited” - everything is everyone’s for generations. Money isn’t paid to parents then children but to the family trust/entity
LANDLORDS
Landlords who inherited property from their parents and have no mortgage are still charging
$2,000-$2,300/month rent.
They fuckin did nothing.
They fuckin risked nothing.
They fuckin built nothing.
And they collect more per month than most people earn.
Explain to me again how that's earned income.
@ronsterd89 The problem is that we need more Elon and less of people willing to get an education and work for their needs. It’s not the makers, it’s the takers of free stuff. People can create more, always, but there is only so much free stuff
Medical school might be one of the only degrees where you can take on an absurd amount of debt and still have a real path to paying it back.
Graduate with 250k-$400k in debt.
Make 60k-$75k/year during residency for 3-7 years.
Debt grows or barely moves during that time.
Then become an attending and jump to 250k-$500k+ depending on specialty.
@Molson_Hart We live shorter lives because we have a n abundance of choice. Freedom is great - if choices are good. I love driving my Porsche everyday and I am upper middle class. In America it’s impossible not to clear $250 a year unless you don’t want to. We are not jailed due to tweets
@MrSlickJournal@StealthQE4 I have 40 and rent them to people without financial literacy. Because I work and save and buy the house where others spend and complain they don’t have money due to the spending. 😂
Everyone hates taxes being raised on them but okay to raise on others. Some want millionaires to pay more, some want younger people to pay more, some want 50% of the country to pay at least something instead of zero.
The problem is in the post. The parents were not financially literate and didn’t teach them financial literacy. If you are in America, it’s EASY to have enough. It’s the freedom you’re having an issue with. The freedom to make good and bad choices.
An entire generation under the age of 30 is coming to realization that having a family and home will never be within the grasp of reality for them
Society is not ready for the consequences of this. A generation with no stake in the system would rather watch it burn
@nexta_tv My daughter wants to go to her bathroom but needs help. She doesn’t want to go to men’s. The women bath was empty! This is a dirt bag women who can’t wait 2 min. And a low T Karen man
