Once you experience a Tesla Cybercab, your whole perception of what a car is will change. You get used to not having a steering wheel or pedals in front of you very quickly.

Everything just makes sense. The best way I can describe this car is as a living room on wheels.

Elizabeth Warren just made the gun rights argument.

She just didn’t mean to.

When talking about non-citizens voting, her position was simple:

It is already illegal.

There are already laws to prevent it.

People who break those laws should be prosecuted.

Cool.

Now do guns.

It is already illegal to murder someone with a gun.

Already illegal for a felon to have one.

Already illegal to steal one.

Already illegal to buy one for someone who cannot legally own it.

Every gun sold by a licensed dealer already goes through a background check.

Lying on that form is already a federal felony.

So by her own standard, the answer should be enforcement.

But the second the subject becomes guns, that logic disappears.

Now existing laws are never enough.

Enforcement is never enough.

And anyone who asks why we need another restriction gets accused of not caring about dead children.

That is the double standard.

When it is a right they care about, new laws are an attack.

When it is the Second Amendment, new laws are “sensible measures.”

So here’s the question:

If the conduct is already illegal, what is the new law actually for?

It just came out that Uber is now openly aligning itself with driver and taxi unions to slow Robotaxi rollout.

And this is why. I’m sorry, but once Tesla Robotaxi scales, nobody, and I mean nobody is going to want to take an Uber that is driven manually by a stranger.

The Cybercab on the right is ~50% cheaper than the Uber I had to take tonight (because Tesla’s service ends at 10 PM right now).

It’s a night and day difference between comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Cybercab enables a premium experience that is unmatched.

I've now done a total of 3 hours riding around in @Tesla’s Cybercab and spent a total of $92.51. That travel time would have cost me $200 with Ubers.

My longest ride has been ~40 minutes. I legitimately can't come up with any major complaints for FSD V15. None. I’ve spoken to a handful of other people here who say the same.

I didn't need to call rider support once. No weird maneuvers, jitteriness, or hesitation. I do think pickup and drop-off locations could use some tweaking (same for Model Y) as you need to walk a bit sometimes, but I think that will get better as V15 progresses.

Two things you surprisingly get used to very quickly are having no rearview mirror and no side mirrors.

For anyone else trying Cybercab for the first time, I encourage you to recline your seat all the way back and just close your eyes for a minute. Realizing that you can nap in the spot where a driver traditionally sat while the car drives you around with no steering wheel or pedals is a pretty surreal feeling.
