@PGhatak I’ve done the button etc but that doesn’t make a difference. The Netatmo app is what the box told me to install via App Store, how would the above app be compatible and support set up?

@netatmo 🤞 you get to the ticket soon and that when you do my reply is also dealt with quickly. I’ve also emailed contact-support@netatmo@com and again no reply, and then left a voicemail on the pro helpline.

@PGhatak The Netatmo help page sort of indicates what she said, which is why I raised a ticket, but with no acknowledgement to the ticket or a phone number to call I’m stuck! It’s switching on in the night as even when I turn it down before bed it must be programmed to min 16 degrees grrr

@PGhatak Thank you! I’ve moved into a new property, the WiFi details are now different to the original setup. I can’t get past this section in the app. The previous owner said after speaking to Netatmo I can only get the app working by them doing something their side…
