@virginmedia If you can explain connection issue specific with a mac pc, lenovo laptop, iPhone 11 and a huawei phone as well as a Sony TV etc.... Then I would say the connection WiFi issues are an issue. working from home is an issue during lockdown.Or maybe an alternative provider is better

@virginmedia meant to be 200mbps and only getting 30mbps... Customer services says install a booster... The pc is 1 meter from the router... Shocking service

@virginmedia Ethernet gives 200mbps, but it's a connection issue with the WiFi as well as speed with WiFi

@virginmedia No WiFi, with the router 1m from the pc. When it was installed the engineer ran a test via WiFi and it was 200mbps. Microsoft teams is awful on the connection now
