@SouthernStaying@MYANC It is just a matter of time before many the businesses will not be able to operate in this incompetent environment anymore and sadly be forced to close their doors. More job losses to follow and less economic growth. Such a sad state of affairs.
@tito_mboweni@Derek_Hanekom Sadly it is not strong enough to recover soon, if at all. I do not see any drastic plans on any table to revive it. All I see are plans to drive potential investors away and the pumping of more billions into dead SOE's. The country is not attractive as an investment destination.
@MyJRA@CityofJoburgZA There are nasty potholes in 8th street in Newlands, another bad one just past the Checkers there and on the way to Westdene dam, someone dug a trench in the road and just left it. Potentially damaging to cars.
@News24@malgasie Too little too late. This poor little girl was failed miserably. No child in this country has to end up in a drain just because perpetrators are not kept behind bars where they belong. Was he not paroled, she probably would still have been alive and safely with her parents.
@southafricanmag Sadly international tourists are not safe here. A Belgian couple got attacked at a guest house in Addo this week. Surely the safety concerns will deter foreigners thinking of visiting.
@CityPowerJhb Hallo CityPower, the first set of traffic lights in Gordon Road in Bergbron over the highway is not working. Can it pleased be fixed?
Much appreciated.
#Loadshedding What happened to the decision not to loadshed in peak traffic hours? Or was that just another of the Eskom lies? We as consumers are really gatvol as our daily commute time to contribute to this failing economy has trippled. Time and money down the drain.
#eskomloadshedding It will be interesting to see how many more jobs are going to be lost through the latest bout of loadshedding and the impact on an already fragile economy.
@TeamNews24@Sesona_Ngqaks This shows once again that children in this country are nowhere safe, not at school, not going to school, not going on a school camp or even in the communities. The bigger picture is that crime is totally out of hand and the police cannot deal with it.
