In my school, I noticed a classmate being bullied, and instead of staying silent, I decided to speak up. I reported it to a teacher and also encouraged my friends to stand against bullying. Soon, more students joined in promoting kindness and respect.

If you experiene school violence, bullying, or GBV, you are not alone. Support services are available through school counselors, trusted teachers, community helplines, and peer-support groups. Speaking up can connect you to the help you need
They organized open discussions, peer-support clubs, and mentorship programs that gave students a voice. Slowly, the school transformed into a safe space where everyone felt valued and respected.

A few years ago, our school faced challenges with bullying and rising tension among students. Instead of ignoring the signs, parents, teachers, and community leaders came together to act.
A young lady in the university girlsβ hostel was bullied by security men and falsely accused of theft. She went through shame and fear, but in the end, she was vindicated. Her story reminds us how gender-based violence robs young people of dignity and peace of mind
Through patience, encouragement, and reassurance, the teacher helped her believe that her voice mattered. With time, her confidence grew, and she began to participate more openly. The day she raised her hand with a smile on her face became a moment to cherish.
There was once a student in class who was very quiet and withdrawn. She hardly spoke and often seemed too afraid to share her thoughts. Her struggles were noticed, and instead of being pressured, a safe and supportive space was created by her teacher.
π The other day, I spoke about being bullied because of my eyes.
Today, I want to tell you how my parents saved me.
When I was broken, they encouraged me.
When I cried, they prayed over me.
When I hated myself, they loved me louder.
They taught me to stand tall.
