@CityTshwane@nasiphim@CilliersB, so it has been 7 days now since multiple calls have been logged and subsequently escalated, yet the low voltage issue and stolen cables in our street is still not fixed/attended to. How long will it take? Ref nums: 186/2 and 237/2
@CityTshwane@nasiphim@CilliersB Any update? Who the f&$k should I be calling to get service. No wonder people are moving to Cape Town where shit just works.
@CityTshwane@nasiphim or @CilliersB perhaps you can assist? Service delivery like this would not be tolerated by anybody when it is the private sector yet seems acceptable for government. Shocking!!!
@CityTshwane@nasiphim@CilliersB Low voltage! Already had 1 refrigerator break due to this. This is what has been logged LAST FRIDAY and SUNDAY. To make things worse a cable was also stolen which is probably causing or adding to the low voltage issue.
@CityTshwane Thanks, this would now be the 3rd time youโve escalated, so I expect the executive mayor to be present when they repair since 3 escalations in my mind would land on the mayorโs table?
@CityTshwane@nasiphim how do we as the citizens of city are still expected to pay for services we are not receiving? Please provide a process on how we can claim back.
@CityTshwane@CityTshwane, yet the calls we logged on Friday LAST WEEK and Sunday is still not attended to whilst there is cables hanging from the pole and the low voltage makes that none of the appliances work.
@CityTshwane@CityTshwane we are now going into day 4 of this nonsense. We logged other calls 187/2 as well which was escalated a day ago and still nothing. Seems like I need to perhaps chat to the @RekordNewspaper. The ward councilor was also contacted but not of much use Wayne Hellrich
@CityTshwane Hi, @CityTshwane still not fixed. With this low voltage it makes non of the appliances work and is damaging electronics. What is the status of the provided reference number? Your website is so broken canโt even find the reference number.
