Imagine trusting @MTNNG with your phone number for over 3 years, only for them to hand it over to someone else because you didn’t use it for about 2 months.
A number linked to my bank, WhatsApp, apps, and personal accounts… just reassigned to a complete stranger. That’s not just poor service, that’s a serious customer trust issue.
The funny part? I’m STILL logged into WhatsApp and the MyMTN app with the same number while someone else is using the line.
How is this acceptable, @MTNNG? Is this how you treat customers?
