Overall, I think @LineaBuild airdrop distribution methods were pretty close to flawless. But we all need to be real – everyone here is in it for money. Users, devs, funds – all of us. And at the end of the day, the community's judgment on any project boils down to a simple formula: if I make money – it's a good project, if I lose – it's a bad one.

Like it or not, that's a fair take.

You can argue endlessly about "what if $LINEA launched with $ARB/ $STRK/ $ZK valuations" or "the market changed, it's not the team's fault" etc. I also don't want to debate how the team could've improved things – allocated more to the airdrop, launched with higher FDV, whatever – it's already history.

Every choice they made was deliberate. They expected around $2b FDV when they set allocations. That was their decision, and they had the right to make it.

But the community has the same right to judge and decide whether to stick with Linea in the future or walk away.

Personally – I think Linea airdrop was fair and one of the better executed ones out there. But at the same time, I can't blame anyone in the community who felt disappointed and decided to forget about Linea forever.
