I signed the petition to remove DP RIGATHI GACHAGUA as Deputy President as per the petition tabled in parliament. Of the 11 grounds, the most potent and powerful for me is that that accuse him of making Kshs 5.2 BILLION 24 months. Corruption on that scale for a poor third world country like Kenya is a war crime...unforgivable. But again isn't that ground the most dishonest and hypocritical in the context of uda government? Look at the uda government, cabinet secretaries who were wallowing in abject misery and poverty few months ago (in the words of former Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri "some of the new billioners has only two underwears and when their wives wash one, they had to wear the only spare underwear they had...and then wait for the spare to dry..🤣🤣🤣) have suddenly turned into Kshs billioners. State corporations heads are lotting corporations they head savagely and giving 50% to their CS boss as protection fees. Governors have converted counties to family owned businesses...Judges have scaled up their bribes fees to "unaffordable scales" making JurisPESA the norm in our courts. Yet President Ruto targets only Gachagua for removal!That is why many Kenyans are RIGHTLY DISMISSIVE of Gachagua's impeachment. If the Deputy President is being impeached for corruption how can President Ruto's Cabinet continue in office? Isnt it time he dismisses his entire cabinet and reconstitute it afresh (even a second time he will bring back 90% of the same thieves he just dismissed...🤣🤣🤣) isn't 90% of President Ruto's Cabinet crooks and robbers...remember the confession many made on oath that they made cool 200m to 300m in the two years they were in office while working as cabinet secretaries...MADNESS!!! If President Ruto wants to be taken seriously (and I'm not sure he does/want) and his decision to impeach Gachagua validated, he must start a POGROM that slays and cleans his government of corruption today and clear the SHIT in his government. If he refuses to do so (highly likely he will not), then the people will do for him in 2027 INSHAALLAH. Gachagua must go, but so do Ruto's cabinet secretaries...parastatals heads...judges, especially CJ Koome and Supreme Court judges...governors...the list is long MR. PRESIDENT! (After the riots of June/July, Gachagua's impeachment gives President Ruto a second chance to recast and reinvent his government)
