Expired TE buffer for DNA extractions?
Hi all! I ordered this 1x Tris-EDTA buffer about a month ago to do soil DNA extractions. I didn’t notice that they sent an expired (9/10/2025) bottle though..
I’m going to order more, but is it still okay for me to use it in the meantime?
Finally gonna give tesa a try

Ghkcu ok to reconstitute?
Hi all
I bought this GHKcu a few weeks ago and has been sitting in room temperature. The top looks darker and kind of crystallised. When I shake it only bits break off as pictured. Do you think still ok to reconstitute? Wondering if it’s been
KLOW coloring normal?
This is my first time ordering peptides. Is this normal for the top to be dark purple and bottom to be lighter? Just want to check before injecting lol
Reta not mixing correct
This is the third vial that has little things floating around after I reconstitute it. It’s 20mg I did 200 mls of bac water. It’s from a reliable source I have been using for months. It never did this before.
Mots-c good or bad?
Anyone help me out and tell me if this is bad or not? It was clear before i put into the fridge and I injected 5 units without noticing how cloudy it was and felt fine.
Reconstitution of peptide with Hospira on the left, Vendors BAC water on the right
Crazy how clear the difference is, wanted to post a side by side comparison for those out there (this post is strictly for educational purposes only).
P.S. thank you to everyone who gave advice
Cloudy Reta - Safe to use?
Test subject received 10 x 15mg vials of Reta. Vial on left was reconstituted with bac water 1 hour ago. Vial is uniformly milky. New bac water was used to reconstitute vial on right. It is not 100% clear. Would you consider vial on right safe to use?
What could be wrong here?
Both look clear in the vials but when put into a cartridge then it looks cloudy? Last pic is BPC 157 vial and can tell its clearer even out the fridge
