@fasc1nate This is a still from the movie Grand Prix. The original is in colour and was used as the movie poster. The driver is actor James Garner. The Monza banking was not used for the actual Italian GP after 1962. Bettmann had no involvement in this.

@donmcgowan As I understand it, the Labour rules mean he would only have to resign the mayoralty if he wins the by-election as it would be a 'second job'. Dan Norris was both an MP and WECA mayor for ten months (July 2024 to May 2025), but the rule change only came in in September 2024.

@fesshole If bookies don't have live in-play information they don't offer a market on it. Even when they do, there is an inbuilt delay on bet acceptance, which can be anything from seven to fifteen seconds - not counting transmission time.
