We have some new fundraising stars - Wrexham Pantomime Company who have donated an amazing £500 to us. This will help to provide much needed bereavement support to families in the area. Thank you so much - you are Elsie’s Stars!
Vicki has been a trustee for Elsie Ever After since we began as a charity so has always been one of Elsie’s stars, championing our cause & giving up her time and expertise voluntarily. This year she has surpassed herself by organising a series of dress sales raising over £3,500!
And yet another fundraising star is Weightmans who have supported us from the start of our formal incorporation in 2018. This year, they gave us a huge fundraising boost by donating to our dress sale, allowing dresses to be collected at their offices and setting up a GiveWheel.
I am catching up with some paperwork today and realised I hadn't awarded my Elsie's Fundraising Stars for a while.
Firstly, Sarah, Ffion and Anthea.
These fabulous ladies did a skydive with Elsie Bear to raise money for us and managed to raise a whopping £1361!
With Elsie's 14th Birthday tomorrow, I have one final facts and figures post to celebrate:
Over the last 12 years since Elsie died and I began this charity, we have raised an astonishing £104,203 for Elsie Ever After.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey.
This year alone, we have given out 264 primary aged bereavement packs and 139 secondary aged bereavement packs. That's 403 bereavement packs given out this year alone and a total of over 3,280 packs altogether over the last 12 years.
It's that time of year when we compile facts and figures about the support we have provided last year. Watch out for some posts over the next few days celebrating the support you've enabled us to provide.
We are almost halfway to our target amount for Elsie’s birthday in January. Could you help us light our tree and raise funds to support bereaved families?

Our new Christmas cards have arrived - they will be going up on our shop shortly but if you live locally to me and would like to buy some before they run out, please let me know and I’ll put some aside for you.
Thank you to everyone who entered our Christmas card competition - we had some lovely entries, but finally decided on one child winner and one adult winner - well done to Miruna and Sarah who have won an Amazon voucher each. Look out for these cards being on sale very soon...
