Simultaneously, she created the Five Beasts and tasked them with leading the cookie world (though currently there's no concrete proof specifying exactly who created the Five Beasts). Then she was then betrayed. To save her followers, she sacrificed herself, transforming them into cookies, and shattered herself into fragments scattered across the world.

Subsequently, those witches who coveted the Light Witch's power began eating cookies. Because her power is in these cookie world creatures include cookies. This is what White Lily Cookie and previous cookies who attempted to draw closer to divinity witnessed. Their vengeful spirits coalesced into this entity "Angel".

Dougheal likely saw these evil witches using the vengeful spirits of cookies to create the "Big Angel" and mistakenly believed it was something good. He was then exploited by the evil witches to recruit cookies for a fatal purpose. In a way, his ignorance itself became a form of wrongdoing.
