@SkyUK I’ve asked to speak to management, again it’s been flat out refused. I spent two hours on the phone yesterday with the glimmer of hope to have a package FTTC. But you refuse to speak to @WeAreOpenreach to help get the order through.

Absolutely beside myself @WeAreOpenreach still not further forward with my broadband order. Advised FTTC to the property, all mainstream providers should service to this connection @SkyUK are refusing to contact you direct as you’ve told them FTTP - NOT TRUE.

@SkyUK I’m disgusted that your teams will not help with me on this. I am in rented property, permission is not granted for the major works. I have asked for an email address to send the screenshots with @WeAreOpenreach and it’s been flat out refused.

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK Hi Tony, not that I’ve been made aware of. Openreach have advised sky they need to dig up the road, I’m trying to find out why, but everyone is giving me the run around. At this point I just want to know what services into the property are readily available.

@SkyHelpTeam My research online suggests that a superfast broadband connection can be connected via HTTC which as far as I’m aware is what’s fitted into the property, unless @WeAreOpenreach can say different

@SkyUK ordered a Superfast broadband package. Been palmed off by your team. There is clearly a connection to the property, I imagine FTTC connection which I’ve read can be connected to Superfast. Still no internet, still no news #poorservice sort it out!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Nathan, all due respect I’ve spoken to the sky broadband team three/four times. This morning they advised me they couldn’t answer my questions and only liaise with OpenReach via online chats and wait for their updates.
