#vegan blueberry muffins🌱
200g self raising flour
110g brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
150ml plant milk
75ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp vanilla essence
blueberries, as many as you like

mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, bake at 180°C for 20-25 mins 🥰

idk how i’m going to deal with today. a birthday less than a week after my mums funeral

it’s been almost 2 weeks since my mum died. she saved someone’s life by donating her heart and also her kidneys and liver.
strange how such amazing things can come from such a nightmare..
