@FlyFrontier it’s a snow storm in MSP and here we all sit in airport waiting over an hour for bags to come into baggage claim. We are the only ones in this airport… no other flights. Some service would be good- get passengers home soon would be great customer service!

@sydneygriffin_ Yes I stayed and got police officers involved. 3 of them went back to the office and found one person that found my bag and your dads clubs were back there too, behind the wall of the ticket office doors. They have them. I felt bad leaving knowing they were there and he just left
