The healthcare crisis at Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital is the reason why doctors are leaving the state and the country. This should not be happening in 2025!
3 house officers can't do the job planned for 96 approved doctors.
Intimidating the doctors by sacking them on day 2 of strike action is counter-productive to patient care.
@KDSGMinistryHealth have been paying CONMESS 2014 salaries, instead of the 2024 creating a disparity of over N300,000 loss compared with doctors working in other states.
What the @ARD_Kaduna is asking for is not too much to implement.
We call on the @KDSGMinistryHealth to stop victimising doctors who are exercising their fundamental human rights and come to the table to profer solutions.
