@Target I need someone to explain how you can call this a “successful shipment.”

I successfully ordered and paid for a Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection. Instead, Target shipped me a Cat & Jack snack box and is now refusing to replace the product OR refund me.

This is the SECOND time I’ve received the wrong item from a Target Pokémon order. Because it happened before, I recorded myself opening this package from the beginning. I have full video proof showing the sealed Target package, shipping label, and exactly what was inside when I opened it.

I stayed up in the middle of the night fighting bots and thousands of other customers to successfully purchase this product before it sold out. I’m not asking for special treatment—I’m asking Target to provide the product I ordered and paid for or refund my money this is robbery sending $20 product and charging $133

Please escalate this and make it right. I have the video and all documentation ready to provide.
