“America will always lead … but capable allies need to be right there with us.”
In his speech commemorating D-Day, HEGSETH talked about the importance of a strong Europe, saying how in WWII, “each nation pulled its weight.”
But since WWII, “some in Europe grew comfortable,” reminding Europe that liberty is “purchased,” not perpetual.

Pointe du Hoc, near Omaha Beach, was a German-occupied outpost of bunkers and machine gun nests.
On D-Day, American forces scaled the cliffs and captured Pointe du Hoc

9,389 Americans are buried at the Normandy American Cemetery, all of whom but one died on D-Day or the following Battle of Normandy. The outlier is Quentin Roosevelt, son of Theodore Roosevelt, who died in WWI
He was reburied next to his brother, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr

Today I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington 30.06 on the deck rail. I left six cartridges beside it, then left it alone and went about my business.
While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, my neighbor across the street mowed his lawn, a girl walked her dog down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the stop sign near the front of my house.
After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there, right where I had left it. It hadn't moved itself off the deck rail. It hadn't killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had presented to do so.
In fact, it hadn't even loaded itself. You can imagine my surprise, with all the hype by the Left and the Media about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people.
Either the media is wrong or I'm in possession of the laziest gun in the world.
The United States is third in murders throughout the World. But if you take out just four cities: Chicago , Detroit , Washington DC and New Orleans , the United States is fourth from the bottom, in the entire world, for murders.
These four Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the U.S. All four of these cities are CONTROLLED BY DEMOCRATS. It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data - correct?
Well, I'm off to check on my spoons. I hear they're making people fat .
🚨BREAKING: TPUSA just released this beautiful 3 minute and 22 second long video honoring Charlie Kirk.

Today in a CNBC interview, I called for a review of the Federal Reserve. It is my belief that the central bank should conduct an exhaustive internal review of its non-monetary policy operations. Significant mission creep and institutional growth have taken the Fed into areas that potentially jeopardize the independence of its core monetary policy mission.
As I have said many times, the Fed’s conduct of monetary policy “is a jewel box” that should be walled off to preserve its independence. This independence is a cornerstone of continued U.S. economic growth and stability.
However, this autonomy is threatened by persistent mandate creep into areas beyond its core mission, provoking justifiable criticism that unnecessarily casts a cloud over the Fed’s valuable independence on monetary policy.
While I have no knowledge or opinion on the legal basis for the massive building renovations being undertaken on Constitution Avenue, a review of the decision to undertake such a project by an institution reporting operating losses of more than $100 billion per year should be conducted.
The Fed does regular reviews of its monetary policy framework. I would urge Fed leadership to similarly undertake, publish and implement a comprehensive institutional review across its entire mission to buttress its credibility. It will go a long way towards strengthening the Fed’s credibility with the American people on its core mission of guiding our nation’s monetary policy.
The people who just gave Donald Trump a sweeping mandate do not want Thune or Cornyn to lead the US Senate.
They want Rick Scott. It's very clear.

The United States is about to become a vastly superior place to do business. We are already the safest and most militarily capable country in the world making us an extremely attractive place to live and raise a family in an increasingly dangerous world.
These facts have not gone unnoticed by successful people around the world who are not happy with what their own countries have become, and how their governments have turned against their hardest working and most successful citizens.
The problem with our immigration system is that it takes years for the talented, hard-working, successful, law-abiding immigrants to get in, and it takes only days for illegal migrants to cross the border and enter the country. We need to reverse this absurdity.
Imagine if we could vet applicants who wanted to bring their talents and resources here in a 45-60 day process as long as they met certain standards for excellence and character. This is not a particularly challenging problem and that’s before comparing it with catching a Super Heavy rocket with chopsticks.
We could open the floodgates for entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, makers, designers and more who could replace the illegal migrants and those who have been consuming resources and bringing crime to our cities and towns.
The new immigrants would be force multipliers, bringing and building businesses which will drive our economy and employment. Consider the impact of deporting one criminal migrant and replacing him with a technology engineer and then do the multiplication.
The positive impact on our economy and growth rate would be extraordinary. Think Israel after its Russian migration when the best and brightest scientists and engineers left oppression and helped to build start up nation.
Think the United States in the 1930s when German scientists came and enabled our rocket, missile and atomic capabilities that helped win the war and build industries thereafter.
The time has come.
While American politicians propose price controls, Argentina’s libertarian president repealed them.
Javier Milei also cut government spending and fired 24-thousand government workers. His reforms are working.
