🇵🇭Just a quick update to let people know I am currently holed up in lockdown in the Philippines until I can get an emergency flight home from the island I am on. We have had a few weeks at the beautiful beaches, but are now waiting to cut travels short and return home! #StaySafe

Ok guys... An update! So me and Barnaby have spent the last few days exploring the South of Vietnam 🇻🇳 ! We’ve eaten some yummy food in Ho Chi Minh city, rowed down a crazy little river in a traditional boat 🚣‍♀️ and met some friendly bees on the Mekong Delta! 🐝 #bearsofvietnam

Our time teaching in Thailand has ended and we are leaving Krabi for Bangkok feeling very bittersweet. It has been an awesome few months and we will miss everyone and everything so much 😭! But now it is time for our further adventures ✈️🌏😎! #adventureisoutthere #worldexplorer

It was an early start (5am!!), but we had lots of fun! There was an amazing sunrise 🌅, a great atmosphere 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️, mascots and students from school and lots of free food at the finish line 🏅🍜🍉! We also got to join the crazy Thai warm up dance!! #Ididitforthefreenoodles #MrAoLuek

Fitness is a hot topic in Thailand...the local authorities try to help by organising many marathons to help people to keep fit and raise money for a good cause. We ran in the Ao Luek Run 4 Love mini marathon yesterday! 🏃🏽‍♂️Very tiring, but a great experience! 🇹🇭 #meepmeep #run4love
