Authentic Empath, appreciation for neuro-diversity, against Parental Alienation; CA and DV, reducing the stigma associated with mental illness, breaking cycles
@narcissistfacts Many empaths have to focus more on self care. It is extremely important as the saying goes "can't pour from an empty cup". I am glad you are feeling better. Take care.
@Sheffanessea1 It's important to hold on for the sake of your children. I was alienated from my 3 boys for 8 years. There were times I felt like giving up. I held on and just kept working on becoming the best version myself.
@SusanCanning11 Yes, if they don't become narcs themselves. This would usually be the eldest or the golden child. On the other hand the 'scapegoat' often will be the empathetic one, believing in fairness and having strength and courage to stand up for others and themselves.
@AtlantisLinds18 @lovewins11011 Yes, my ex has said he is dying about four times over the past ten years. With four different issues, none of which he has.
@theheraldsun Pity, I can't read the article without a subscription. The theatre restaurants were quite enjoyable. The quality of the dinner was low. Shame that the tram car restaurant has ceased to operate. The meals were of high quality. These dinners provide a MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.
@woodallthoughts It has a devastating and lasting impact on the child. So sad that this continues, after so many years of research supporting the negative impact on the children.
