@lbbdcouncil when the hell are you collecting my damn brown bin? It didn’t get collected for 10 days before Christmas and still not collected! Every time I log onto my account the date of collection changes! And you had the cheek to increase my council tax bill!

@GOVUK was over 6000 in Quentin book driving test, finally got to from and 504 gateway error on web page, now can’t book for another week! What kind of rubbish system is this! Sort it out, really not acceptable!
