2. Work toward recruitment targets for diversity

@atiaxofficial I think so. I understand that men deserve opportunities but I think it is important to analyze how our world has been advantageous for men for a long time. Discrimination in the workplace is prevalent for women especially women of colour as hiring biases due to hiring biases.
What is the the gender pay gap? Well it is the difference between the amounts of money paid to women and men, often for doing the same work #closingthegap
