@EM203BPage Hi, Braeden. I think, in theory, the ban will have a significant impact on the learning environment but it comes down to how strictly this ban will be enforced. I know from experience that having immediate access to you phone in class makes concentrating much harder.

@SamanthaCoomb13 Hi, Samantha. I also wouldn't consider myself tech savvy but I think the stereotype comes from the fact that, like you said, people can't seem to live without their phone. There's a difference between using technology and fully understanding it.

The first few weeks in #EM203Mueller has taught me a lot about different learning theories and the pros and cons of each. I've also learned that while younger generations are considered "tech savvy" only 1/3 use digital media to post creative content!
