"Technology is a great servant but a terrible master" - Stephen R. Covey. With that being said, here is an infographic for the solution to a problem that affects many in the digital age, that is smartphone excess usage/addiction.

Smartphone technology provides great benefit for users - but too much of anything becomes problematic.
Could you provide some insight on phone screen time addiction and how the "Moment" app helps to resolve it? Would really appreciate it! @kevinholesh

There are lots of inequities that exist in global education; however, today's technology is helping minimize the educational divide by allowing us to learn at any time and anywhere.
This website highlights the positive and negative aspects of social media and how it affects our mental health. It provides helpful suggestions, coping mechanisms and resources for those who know someone struggling or are struggling themselves. https://t.co/j27DJe4WI7
Part of overcoming Smartphone addiction is to connect with others and be present within the moment. This photo relates to a solution for excess phone screen time - a group of friends and not a phone in sight!
@EM203MPAVLIV Hi Marta,
EM203 has also taught me about the positive impacts from technology, including the different digital tools for learning that are more accessible than ever. Although I agree, there are some negatives that come with the digital age also!
@ankie39076711 I've learned that digital age tools have enabled new learning methods and the media is an example of that. I'm also looking forward to learning more in EM203 this semester!
@EM203_TLunz I agree Thomas, crazy to think about the different ways humans will be able to learn 20 years from now. The last 20 years has seen a drastic change in technology, and it could be even more significant the next 20 years.
@em203kaylahan Hey Kayla,
The digital age has definitely made its mark the past couple years with online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and I think collaborative learning in a digital setting will only become more popular moving forward!
@abby1deluca Hi Abby,
I agree that technology is constantly changing the way we learn and complementing different learning strategies. EM203 as a class is a great example of this!
My first lessons have taught me that during this time, technology has the potential and has in fact already enhanced and provided the tools for learning in the digital age. Further, there are multiple ways to learn in the digital age. #EM203Robin
