@meganmargulies Probably stating the obvious but have you tried giving them some graphic novels? I’ve never been a big reader of words only books, it feels like a mountain I have to climb to see the whole picture, but I love books with the pictures already beautifully presented as I go.

@emilykmay When my son was that age he learned to climb out of his bed and would throw himself at the bedroom door until I went and got him. He was a great napper before that 😅

@RomanceRehab Eek, no thanks! I’d probably still need glasses. I tried contacts but needed the hard ones and it was a horrible experience trying them out so I decided I’d stick with glasses. Also when I put them in it created a weird pressure thing in my ears which is apparently impossible 🤷🏼‍♀️

@bethcarter007 When I was little I went to a teeny tiny rural school in the far north of NZ with 20 students, I started school in 1989 and we used one of these. I loved watching that thing cut paper!

@ambernoelle My 18yo just went shopping for shirts and sweater vests. Maybe that’s what she’s going for? She uses clips as little clip oh bow tie type accessories too (not all bows but you get the idea).
