@SunExpress Yes we have logged our luggage with the Luggage Solutions Desk at Manchester airport however they were unsure how long it would take for luggage to be returned to Manchester England

Why only 30 cases were put on my plane to Manchester from Antalya. Couldn't you have held back on the flight until all cases were loaded? Sun Express staff were rude even when asked calmly about the delay they were unhelpful& unsympathetic to the situation it was complete chaos
