@TLRailUK even though your website stated payment was declined. Have tried to submit complaint form on your website numerous times to wait 30 mins each time with form saying still submitting? There's obviously an issue with your system? Do you have an email?

@TLRailUK tried to purchase rail ticket website says payment not taken. Checked bank/email not gone through. Purchased same journey again to find both payments had been taken. Immediately rang customer services and declined refund for one ticket as apparently no error showing
