Mirrors to help check skin in difficult to reach areas like heels? Yes please! Look out for these handy ID badge sized mirrors that will be making their way onto wards very soon 🙌 @UHP_NHS@DerrifordNurses@Nickymetty@howes_nat
Could you offer a forever home for former trainee police dog Jax? 🐶
He is now 20 months old and missed out on being selected as a police dog in our puppy program after joining at 3 months old as he didn’t quite have the determination we’re looking for.
He is a big lad at 46kg so you should have experience of handling a large powerful dog but he is very friendly!
If you're interested in learning more, please contact Paul Glennon, our Canine Development Officer by email on: [email protected]

This week we said goodbye to Julie who is retiring. Julie has worked for UHP for over 30 years. She's been with TV for 3 months but before that spent years on Shaugh ward. Some of the team came down to help celebrate. #1bigteam@punc13zoe@sue_timminsNHS@UHP_NHS@Nickymetty
The TV team is made up of a bunch of amazing people who happen to be women. Hard working, kind and caring they definitely deserve recognition #InternationalWomensDay2023 We're celebrating all the wonderful women out there today @UHP_NHS
@dave_hettle @MedicalEducator@gmcuk@ClinEdResearch Are you referring to developing educators as solely Drs? Or are you considering the wider, in line with the NHS People plan that essentially there aren’t enough Drs to go around so some educators may also be Clinical Allied Health Professionals? Curious, more research?
