8-year-old Dáithí Mac Gabhann is in urgent need of a heart transplant and is asking Santa for a new heart this Christmas. Dáithí has been waiting since 2018 for a transplant and all he wants is the chance to play, run, and laugh like other children his age.

Dáithí's father, Máirtín has dedicated himself to campaigning for organ donation.
