Anyone on my X feed HR savvy re UK employment laws/rules. Currently off sick and my manager keeps ringing me asking how I'm doing. I'm also expected to attend a sickness review meeting 2 weeks after my surgery which is tomorrow. She is stressing me out.

@colinv3rnon I have a sick note to run up until tomorrow when I'm going to hospital. I won't be able to drive for 6 weeks and not allowed to do much for 2 weeks, so how they expect me to get to work and attend a meeting. I've looked on the ACAS website seems they can ring but twice a week..🙄
