@RoyalMailHelp you have tried to deliver my parcel twice without leaving a red slip either time. I can’t go and collect it because I don’t have a slip and now it won’t let me rebook delivery - what am I supposed to do now?
@Hermesparcels My parcel wasn't delivered due to 'no access' even though I was in all day. No note about next delivery, no email, I have tried phoning, using the messenger app - and no more info. I just want to know when my parcel will be delivered.
