@FragranceShopUK should be ashamed. Took £150 for my daughter’s order for her sisters birthday but don’t send the item and she’s struggling getting a refund. 🤬

@JanLindyJames @Stop_P_A Couldn’t agree more. Family courts need to step up and take action. From personal experience I spent £1000’s in court and it was a complete waste of time. This was 10 years ago and the system has stayed the same 😢

@Parcel2Go poor customer service. Parcel sent 11th December. It wasn’t delivered. I was told on the 17th January I’d receive a refund within 24hrs…I’m still waiting 🤷🏼‍♀️
