The #Zelenskyy-#TrumpisaNationalDisgrace-#Vance altercation is eerily remindful of #Thucydides' Melian dialogue, with the Americans as the Athenians and Ukraine as the Melians. And we all know how it eventually played out for the Athenians.

Berlusconi entered politics back when I was born in 1994. As an Italian I have mixed feelings about his dead. While he was the definitive political opponent of good part of my youth, it's almost as part of this youth has died with him today.
