Hey @AirbnbHelp - if you’re going to take a deposit whether or not the booking has been confirmed, then allow the property owners the right to cancel, why the hell is the deposit not automatically refunded. We should not have to be arranging this with @Klarna ourselves!!!!

@nationalrailenq not sure if this is you, but maybe you can point me elsewhere. According to these guys it’s fine to block our whole road in Southampton for 15+ minutes while loading after rail repairs, despite there being parking spaces available. Only moved when I took photos.

@CrossCountryUK No really acceptable when the train appeared to ce completely empty - it had terminated at Southampton and passengers had disembarked already. No need for lighting, heating etc. Just stood there spewing fumes into the city’s air for an hour.

@TTLGhosty @CrossCountryUK But it was an empty train left on full engine power whilst stationary for an hour spewing fumes into a city already suffering with bad air quality, and wasting fuel. Absolutely pointless - there was no one on board to benefit from the lighting/ heating/ air con.
