One of my favorite manipulative skills to adapt is ✨catching✨! I try to think of the best ways to slow down the item to give Ss time to react. Shown are… 1) felt apron w/ velcro ball, 2) fan w/ scarves, 3) parachute ramp. Plus we love balloons/tetherballs!👐🏻 #fcpsPE #adaptedPE

Today’s cooperative activity was Pool Scrabble: Make as many 5+ letter words as you can, must justify each one & relate to health/ wellness/ activity/ nutrition etc. Ss can vote on top word/ explanation or track points scored. Great way to see prior learning being applied #physed
