The World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2020 says men and women will have pay equality in 257 years, 55 more years than the estimate in the previous edition. More recent analysis is suggesting that it will take 300 years.
It is #InternationalWomensDay, and women everywhere are not exactly breaking out the champagne. 🥂 A gender equal world with equal pay, and that is free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination is a long way away.
