The High Court has overturned an earlier decision involving Nana Kwame Bediako’s No. 1 Oxford Street hotel, paving the way for the businessman to immediately regain possession of the property.
President John Dramani Mahama has visited the abandoned Saglemi Housing Project, which was initiated in 2012, to assess its current state and receive updates on the facility.
The visit forms part of government’s plans to revive the project as it seeks to address the housing deficit in the capital and across the country.
