Panic is ensuing in Fredericksburg, VA after a man in a PINK PANTHER COSTUME tried to abduct MULTIPLE CHILDREN from a school bus stop in BROAD DAYLIGHT!

Four kids got off of a bus where a man in a pink costume was waiting across the street.

When the bus drove away, he crossed the street and started CHASING all four kids and GRABBED the smallest girl.

Her sister pulled her free and then a passing car scared him off.

The kids saw his face through a tear in the costume and they believe him to be a male with facial hair, and a tan complexion.

Emergency crews rushed her to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
