In response to the sharp increase in urgent Mental Health presentations since the pandemic, Mersey Care have👍increased their community services 👍set up a crisis line👍introduced a dedicated 24:7 line for emergency services professionals @NHSEngland @NHSNW #nwuecwinter

There’s more! They have established 3 triage cars which can go out solo or with an ambulance. In 2021 they prevented >500 presentations, saved approx 8,500 hours of police time and in total supported >2000 individuals @NHSEngland @NHSNW #nwuecwinter
