The green border sticks to my screen even till a day after the call has ended. Last version on windows 10. This is an annoying issue, when will it be fixed?

@OVchipkaart I need to ask if it is allowed to travel with other person's yellow ovchip card? Of course she agrees I use her card. Is there a fine if it was found the photo on card is not mine?
