@VodafoneUK messed up my new customer porting, your 191 service telling me it could take days to resolve. Leaving me in contactable with a poorly father. Completely unacceptable!!!!!

@HalifaxBank I am still on hold!!! Your customer service rep clearly thinks this is funny after telling me a Manager couldn’t help, when I said I still wanted to speak to one he said hold on that was 20 minutes ago and I’m still on hold!!!’
@HalifaxBank your customer service is appalling. Passed from pillar to post and you CSR has left me on hold for 15 minutes when I asked to speak to a Manager. How to infuriate and already annoyed customer!!!!!!

@SportsDirect_CS literally the worst customer service ever at the Bracknell Store, not able redeem credit notes been standing her for 90 minutes (with a toddler) already whilst staff try to contact CS on the phone WHAT A JOKE!!!!
@layzspa literally the worst customer service going!! Had our tub a few months & had an issue. CS told us to cut the barcode out and they would send us a new one (we have done destroying our tub) once sent back you tell us it is out of stock 2 months later & still no hot tub 😡
@Dreams_Beds worst customer service ever!! ordered a bed 03/01/21 fully paid for and still not been delivered 🤬🤬 every delivery date we get gets moved and now stating 17/08/21 earliest delivery date. SORT IT OUT!!
