@DrRadchenko Also, "implicated in all sorts of nasty s**t" is quite a way to underplay slaughter of over a hundred thousand of innocent Poles, Jews, Belorussians, and fellow Ukrainians. That's like saying "Adolf Hitler was involved in some nasty business". Up to no good was that scoundrel!
@DrRadchenko You don't think there should be any consequence or pushback against normalizing and glorifying Nazis? This isn't some petty slapfight over something that happened centuries ago, reviving such ideologies and empowering its adherents can have grave consequences today.
@ripplebrain Israel will shed its skin (Bibi and a couple of his overzealous ministers) and the US will be delighted to embrace them again without any real concessions made by Israel

@akarlin Lol I still remember how they were tracking Ukraine's progress in the counteroffensive as the pinned top story of the Ukraine war section, for like 6 months after it effectively ended
A U.S. Navy sailor assigned to a minesweeper headed to the Middle East was medically evacuated after he was scratched by an Asian monkey while ashore in Thailand -Axios
@ripplebrain It will be an even bigger mess with boots on the ground. Does not guarantee success, but does inflict more misery on Iranian people and leadership that will be mowed again. Something they'd like to prevent.
But it doesn't matter that planners think, it's a political decision.
