@panniiniii It doesn't have to be complicated either, just think side dishes and leave out the meat, often dinner will be like, rice, beans and grilled vegetables
@panniiniii Hello friendly neighborhood vegan here, start slow, try meatless Monday dinners to start. There's lots of youtube videos with easy recipes to help you get started. Once you find meals you like you can start eating them more often. It's better to transition than go cold turkey
