At CIPE, we believe economic freedom thrives when businesses can operate under clear rules, effective institutions, and fewer unnecessary barriers.
On Sept. 17, CIPE and leading think tanks from Argentina 🇦🇷, Bolivia 🇧🇴, Colombia 🇨🇴, El Salvador 🇸🇻, and Guatemala 🇬🇹 presented five national case studies at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, highlighting key barriers to economic freedom and private-sector development. Keynote speaker was Dr. @NormanLoayza, director of the @WorldBankGroup’s Global Indicators Group.
Stronger business environments can unlock local investment and expand opportunities for trade and investment with U.S. partners.
The case study findings reveal shared challenges and opportunities for reform. CIPE is proud to bring regional perspectives together and help turn evidence into action for greater economic freedom and prosperity across Latin America. 🌎
