This is not the service I expect from M&S. I don’t understand why a driver would leave a parcel in an unsafe location and make no attempt to contact the person who ordered it or take it to a neighbour. It seems obvious this may get stolen in the middle of London. Is this policy?

@marksandspencer my sister ordered me flowers as a present, delivery driver left them on my door step with no attempt to deliver to my safe place or neighbour. When I returned home they were gone. And now you are refusing my sister a refund or replacement.
