I have a case to present to you, I've been a victim and the case is closed without adequate investigation from the Bybit team.

They're allowing scammers to flourish on their platform, giving them a bad name.

My case was wrongly judged, and wasn't properly investigated.

When CS were carrying out the investigation on my case, they didn't carry out the proper investigation so that this issue can be resolved.

@BybitAfrica 3. If he actually confirmed that order, which he claimed was mine, let him show that particular order he confirmed, who's account it was, who's kyc is on the account? So that it can be easier to track and suspend the culprit he probably mistakenly released funds to.

2. Since the seller claimed to have confirmed one order, they should check his transaction records to confirm this.
