I started jumping 2 weeks early last week, today I started running/jogging 4 weeks early. Monday marked 12 weeks of my acl recovery😉🙏🏾😇

Today was a good day because I got to put my hands on a basketball today😇🏀. I’m officially 11 weeks post op, and started jumping earlier this week!

You never think it’s gonna happen until it happened to you! Unfortunately June 20th I tore my acl at a Paris JUCO camp. Yesterday August 12th I had my acl surgery. I will be back February 25’😇🙏🏾
