This is like when I’m talking to a stranger and they ask me a question and I didn’t hear it but I’m too afraid to say I wasn’t paying attention so I just nod and say, “yeah” 😅

Listening to Charlie Kirk’s wife Erika speak with Crystal just now and it’s heartbreaking as she starts talking about their 3 year old asking, “when’s Daddy coming home?”. I look at Crystal and we both start crying. Crystal breaks down and tells me it reminds her of when she (firefighter paramedic) has to tell a family they’ve lost someone and how hard it is. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for Erika. My thoughts and prayers to her and the entire Kirk family. Hug your loved ones extra tight tonight.
Today is a very sad day for America. I am sick to my stomach and can’t stop replaying in my mind what I saw happen to Charlie Kirk and I know many of you were also left traumatized watching not knowing what’s going to happen next. A wife is left without a husband, children left without a father, and many left without a loved one. My thoughts and prayers to all of them especially to his wife and kids. God please help them get through this. We all need to hug our loved ones, be there for one another, and show compassion to each other as human beings. But to anyone celebrating this, posting that you’re happy with a man losing his life, you are disgusting and evil. It doesn’t matter what side of the aisle you’re on or what “party” you belong to, whether you liked Charlie or not, you should NOT be ok with what happened today, and if you are, YOU are part of the problem.
